What we can help with
A calculator gives an odd result. Tell us which calculator, what you typed, and what number you expected. We will check the formula and fix it if something is wrong.
You want a calculator we do not have. Tell us what you need to work out and why. Most of our tools started as a request from someone using the site.
You spotted an error in our content. Rules change and we miss things. Point us at the page and we will look into it.
You want to know how a formula works. Ask. We are happy to explain the math behind any tool.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you legal, tax, or HR advice.
We do not know your company policy, your employment contract, or your state law. We cannot tell you whether your employer owes you a payout, or what to do if they refuse to pay.
For those questions, speak to your HR department first. If that does not resolve it, contact your state labor office or an employment lawyer.
We also cannot access your payroll account or recover your leave records. Only your employer can do that.
